IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY - PLEASE READ 

During the Covid-19 Crisis the Government have issued guidance and restrictions governing Accommodation Providers and guidance to employers. 

The following information reflects the changes we have introduced to protect both Employees and Guests.  

We hope you will bear with us, as we seek to provide an optimum level of service within the prescribed restrictions.

We are open to all guests but the services and facilities we offer have been adjusted to comply (as closely as possible) with all guidance issued by the Government to protect both Employees and Guest during their stay. 


Changes to Rooms and Facilities 


Before you arrive the property will have been vacant for 24 hours and will have been ventilated, Two Stage Cleaned (deep cleaned and disinfected (as recommended – see below for details)).  

Touch Points: all identified points of regular contact (e.g. Door Handles, Light Switches, Kettle Handles, Hair Dryers and Sanitary Wear) will have been spot cleaned and sanitized in particular. TV Remotes will have been sanitized and wrapped in protective covering prior to arrival.  

In your rooms your beds will be freshly made and clean towels left.  

On the final day of your stay, please strip your bed and place the linen and used towels in the laundry bag. 

These measures are aimed at protecting our employees. 

Meals 

All Glasses, crockery and cutlery left in the property will be washed in a dishwasher at highest setting. 

These may additionally wrapped to maintain sanitization before use.  

Government Guidance: People staying in accommodation that have symptoms of COVID-19  

If a guest is displaying signs of the COVID-19 virus while staying in overnight accommodation as a courtesy they should inform the accommodation provider (Text 07552 724926 / 07749 016766), to minimise any risk of transmission.

If they are confirmed to have COVID-19, they should return home if they reasonably can. 

They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. 

If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority.
